Tuition & Financial Aid

Payment Option 1 = Full Payment

Payment Option 2 = Payable in two installments: 50% due in July, 50% due in November

Payment Option 3 = Payable monthly thru F.A.C.T.S.: 10% due in July, balance due over a 9-month period.

International Student Tuition is $24,995.

All Students are required to pay a Materials & Activities Fee of $660.00 that is due upon enrollment.

Tuition does not include the cost of books. Students can purchase books through Varsity Books.

Orinda Academy offers financial aid based solely on need and it is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for new applicants. The school subscribes to the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) in Princeton, NJ. SSS requires all interested families to submit specific financial information to determine eligibility.

To be considered for financial aid, please complete the Parent Financial Statement (PFS). You may request a form from the admissions office, or you may complete the forms online. Orinda Academy's school code number is #5379.

( We would appreciate a copy of your PFS form to be sent to our Admissions Office as well).

In addition to completing the PFS form, you must submit a copy of your 2008 federal and state income tax returns including all pages and schedules to the Admissions Office by February 9, 2009.

In the case of divorce or separation, the parents/guardians who are financially responsible for the student's tuition must each complete individual PFS forms.

Final determination of financial aid dollars rests with Orinda Academy's Financial Aid Committee. Financial aid dollars are subject to the availability of funds and number of financial aid applicants. Notification of award is sent when applicant is offered an opportunity to enroll. Please be assured that all information is kept in the strictest confidence.
