The school creates triangular communication among students, parents and teachers for the common goal of students reaching their full potential in academic achievement and personal development.

The students develop a sense of self and purpose in the nurturing and supportive structure provided by the teachers. As advisors, coaches, or artistic directors, the classroom teachers work with students in several settings. In addition to their accessibility to student interests and their willingness to meet the individual needs of each of their students, the teachers maintain the necessary academic standards through student-centered instructional methods.
