Morning in class
We share a Zoom link with your child so that they can experience our virtual classes, meet teachers and staff, and get to know some of our students.
The same day, your student will have a brief one-on-one interview with our Admissions Director or our Head of School.

Alongside your application we also request teacher recommendations, transcripts, and test scores.
Complete Financial Statements
For families seeking financial aid, please complete the Parent Financial Statement (SSS) using Orinda Academy’s school code #5379. Both parents (regardless of marital status) must submit information and 1040 tax forms.

Looking to transfer
to a small, independent school in the East Bay?
Transfer students are accepted on a case-by-case basis throughout the year. If you feel your child would benefit from a mid-year transfer, please contact our Admissions Director.
All applications are submitted through Ravenna, though we ask you to submit an unofficial student transcript before starting the formal application process.
