Students learn best when we work as a team
Orinda Academy works closely with parents to strengthen the school and better serve students.
Peace of Mind
You are not alone! The team effort at Orinda Academy lifts the burden of carrying your student’s education solely on your shoulders through consistent teacher communication, in-class homework, study hall, and on-site tutoring.
Our teachers and administration work on a first-name, open-door basis with our students. We foster personal relationships with each family that joins us at Orinda Academy.
We’re here to support and guide. If there’s ever a question, we are only an email or phone call away.
From fundraisers and staff appreciation lunches to Cocktails at the Claremont and Back to School/End of Year family activities, our parents help create our unique, supportive school community. We hope you’ll join us!
Orinda Academy Parent Group
All parents and guardians are welcome and encouraged to join the Orinda Academy Parent Group to support the OA community. Stay in the loop about our current initiatives for supporting students, faculty and staff.
Monthly meetings take place the second Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the study hall room.
Board of Trustees
Our strategic board includes three parents of Orinda Academy students and alumni.
The healthy future of our school is important to us, and parents have a unique view of the current school and are passionate about its future growth!
"One of the greatest things about this school is the teachers allow the students to be themselves and support their learning styles. "
Join us and love school, love learning, and love being you.
