Tuition and Fees for 2026- 2027
8th grade - $40,900
9th - 12th grades - $55,100
*Materials & Activities Fee - $1200
*Required for all grades for co-curricular programming, field trips, and other school activities. Textbook expenses are not included in the above as they are dependent on each student’s course load.

Each year OA reviews the aid program taking into account families’ demonstrated need and available funding. Admissions decisions are evaluated separately from financial aid applications. We encourage interested families to apply.

Complete your information online via Clarity, or request a form from our office. Financial aid applications are due January 9, 2027.
Please note: divorced or separated parents/guardians must each complete individual financial aid forms and submit their tax returns.
Orinda Academy’s Financial Aid Committee will then determine amounts for awardees, and families will receive notification when the applicant is offered an opportunity to enroll.

To provide flexibility for families, OA offers three different payment plans:
One-Pay Plan
Payment in full
Two-Pay Plan
Payment in two installments - 50% in June, and 50% in December plus a processing fee.
Monthly Pay Plan
Payments due monthly through FACTS - 10% in July, with the balance over a 9-month period plus processing fees.
